Reduction of financial liabilities in the amount of 3.7 million EUR
UET United Electronic Technology AG (ISIN: DE000A0LBKW6), Eschborn, announces the sale of the business property in Arnsberg and completes another important restructuring milestone. After the Berndes Group left the UET Group in 2012 the property in Arnsberg has been considered as a non-core asset for the UET Group. As already announced during the previous year the sale of this real estate was planned. With the now successfully performed sale of the property in Arnsberg another important restructuring milestone has been completed. The purchase price will be used to repay financial liabilities which will be reduced by about 3.7 million EUR.
In addition the UET AG has published the financial calender for the ongoing year.
