UMT United Mobility Technology AG: New Supervisory
Board as of June 09, 2024

announced on May 8, 2024, the Supervisory Board of
UMT United Mobility Technology AG ("UMT AG",
Securities identification number WKN: A2YN70, ISIN:
DE000A2YN702), consisting of Walter Raizner
(Chairman), Clemens Jakopitsch (Deputy Chairman) and
Stefan Krach, resigned from office at the end of June
8, 2024. The reason for this was the restoration of
the legally secure appointment of the Supervisory
Board due to an existing action for annulment.
The Munich Local Court (Register Court) granted
the application of the Management Board pursuant to
Section 104 AktG and appointed Dr. Oliver Krauss, Dr.
Guido Bohnenkamp and Bernhard W. Langer as the new
Supervisory Board of UMT AG by resolution dated June
4, 2024.
Dr. Oliver Krauss is a business lawyer. He has
more than 20 years of experience in corporate and
securities litigation and in representing activist
and corporate governance investors in German stock
corporations.
As a partner in a corporate finance and M&A
advisory firm in Cologne, Dr. Guido Bohnenkamp has a
first-class track record and a well-founded network
in the field of small and mid-cap investments in
Europe.
Bernhard W. Langer is a member of the management
board of a global asset manager and is responsible
for the global equity and quant business. He has an
excellent network of national and international
investors, fund companies and investors.
The court appointment of the Supervisory Board
members is limited until the company's next Annual
General Meeting, at which the Supervisory Board will
