(the "Company") hereby announces that, that in referenceto the ESPI report 14/2024, today, i.e. December 2, 2024, a withdrawalof the application for approval of the arrangement in restructuringproceedings was submitted to the District Court for the Capital City ofWarsaw and at the same time an application was submitted to repeal thedecision of November 25, 2024 regarding the approval of the Issuer'sarrangement .
