The Management Board ofQuarticOn S.A. (the "Company") hereby announces that on February 20,2025, it received information about:

1) the reversal of the decisionof the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw ofNovember 25, 2024 regarding the approval of the QuarticOn S.A.arrangement.

2) the discontinuation of theproceedings regarding the approval of the QuarticOn S.A. arrangement.

The Management Board informedabout the submission of a motion to withdraw the motion for approval ofthe arrangement in ESPI report No. 15/2024 dated 2 December 2024.
