Intentionto extend the period of the Agora Tax Capital Group for 2023ManagementBoard of Agora S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (_quot;Company_quot;,_quot;Agora_quot;), with reference to_#160;the regulatory filings no. 35/2017 ofDecember 21, 2017,_#160;6/2018 of February 16, 2018,_#160;40/2020 of November 13,2020, 43/2020 of December 11, 2020, 21/2021 of November 10, 2021 and23/21 of December 9, 2021 informs that on November 8, 2022, an agreementto_#160;extend the period of operation of the Agora Tax Capital Group(_quot;PGK_quot;), was concluded between Agora and the following subsidiaries:Grupa Radiowa Agory sp. z_#160;o.o., Agora TC sp. z_#160;o.o., Plan D sp. z_#160;o.o.,Helios S.A., AMS S.A., Yieldbird sp. z_#160;o.o. and Plan A sp. z_#160;o.o.Theextension of the PGK operation period is connected with submission of anapplication for registration of the extension of the operation period ofthe PGK to_#160;the Head of a_#160;relevant Tax Office.Theagreement to_#160;extend the period of operation of the Tax Capital Group,appoints Agora as a_#160;company representing PGK in the scope of obligationsunder the Corporate Income Tax Act and the provisions of the TaxOrdinance.Theperiod of PGK operation is to_#160;be extended until_#160;December31, 2023. The Company estimates that the extension of the operatingperiod of the Tax Capital Group may result in a_#160;reduction of the group'stax liability by approx.
