The Management Board of Agora S.A. with its registered seat in Warsaw("Company"), in connection with the confidential information disclosedby the Company in the regulatory filing No. 12/2023 of February 27, 2023concerning conclusion with SFS Ventures s.r.o. with its registered seatin Prague a loan agreement to finance purchase of 110 shares in theshare capital of the company Eurozet sp. z o.o., hereby informs that onJuly 12, 2023, the Company made a voluntary partial prepayment of thegranted loan.

The Company prepaid part of the loan capital in theamount of EUR 4,400,000.00, together with due interest.

Funds for the prepayment come from the sale of a realestate in Tychy, of which the Company informed in the regulatory filingsNo. 27/2023 of June 12, 2023 and No. 31/2023 of July 6, 2023.
