Commencementof negotiations concerning sale of shares of Step Inside sp. z o.o. byHelios S.A.TheManagement Board of Agora S.A. with its seat in Warsaw ("Company","Agora") hereby informs that on March 21, 2024 the Company receivedinformation on commencement of negotiations between the Company'ssubsidiary Helios S.A. with its seat in Łódź and Step Outside sp. z o.o.with its seat in Wrocław concerning sale of shares in the share capitalof the company Step Inside sp. z o.o. with its seat in Łódź ("StepInside") owned by Helios S.A.Thecommencement of the negotiations described above does not mean that theywill end with the establishment of final conditions of the sale ofshares of Step Inside.
