Regulatory filing

The Management Board of Agora S.A.with its registered office in Warsaw (_quot;Company_quot; or _quot;Agora_quot;), withreference to regulatory filing No. 22/2024 of June 14, 2024, herebyinforms that on June 20, 2024 SFS Ventures s.r.o. with its seat inPrague ("SFS Ventures") received EUR 38,750,000 being the sale price for490 shares in the company Eurozet sp. z o.o. ("Eurozet") constituting49% of the share capital of Eurozet and representing 49% of the totalnumber of votes at the Eurozet's shareholders' meeting ("Shares")purchased by the Company.
