Asthe operational director and deputy publishing director of "GazetaWyborcza", he was responsible for the business processes of the Digitaland Printed Press segment and the activities of the former Printdivision - including its restructuring in 2018-2019. He is a_#160;co-creatorof the digital transformation strategy of _quot;Gazeta Wyborcza_quot; based on thedevelopment of subscription to_#160;Wyborcza.pl content, as well as thecreator of the business strategy and editorial concept for thedevelopment of traditional editions of _quot;Gazeta Wyborcza_quot;.
In1991, he started working in the Poznań editorial office of _quot;Wyborcza_quot;,first as a_#160;journalist, then as a_#160;reporter and editor. In 1995, he becamethe editor-in-chief and director of the Poznań branch of "GazetaWyborcza". In the years 2006-2016 he was the head of all local editorialoffices of "Gazeta Wyborcza". Ms.Agnieszka Siuzdak-Zyga has been associated with Agora since 2006. Sheworked mainly in the Internet segment of the Company, successively as aneditor, publisher, head of newsroom and director of news websites. Until2018, as the director of content business growth, she co-created thedevelopment directions of Gazeta.pl, tested new business opportunitiesand was responsible, i.a., for marketing, SEO and business analysis. InOctober 2018, she took the position of the director of the Gazeta.pldivision, and served as the Member of the Management Board of theCompany from August 5, 2021 until August 31, 2022, supervising Internetand HR division. She was granted a_#160;joint-commercial proxy on December 4,2023.
MaciejStrzelecki
MaciejStrzelecki works at Agora since 2001.Hepreviously managed radio stations in Jelenia Góra and Wałbrzych. He wasthe COO of the Śląsk region of the Radio Group, and then - the centralregion. In 2005 Maciej Strzelecki was appointed to_#160;serve as themanagement board member of Grupa Radiowa Agory, responsible for sales,IT and administration. Under his leadership, thanks to_#160;thereorganization of local sales and the development of brokerageactivities in the agency market, Grupa Radiowa Agory recordeda_#160;significant increase in radio advertising market share and revenuegrowth.
Hehas been associated with radio since 1994, when Radio Jowisz - a_#160;radiostation created by him and Jupiter Association - was launched.
