Regulatory filing

The Management Board of Agora S.A., with referenceto_#160;regulatory filing No._#160;27/2013_#160;of_#160;December 18, 2013, regulatory filing No.33/2022_#160;ofSeptember 8, 2022 and regulatory filing No. 9/2024 of April 10, 2024_#160;informs that on September 25, 2024, the Company received informationthat on September 23, 2024 Consortium consisting of AMS S.A. ("AMS") andStröer Polska Sp. z_#160;o.o. ("Ströer"), acting pursuant to_#160;clause 28.1 ofthe Concession Agreement ("Agreement"), concluded an amendment to_#160;theAgreement with the Capital City of Warsaw, extending its validity untilNovember 15, 2025.The amendment is aresult of conclusion of a settlement between the Consortium and theCapital City of Warsaw in the course of proceedings before the Court ofArbitration at the Polish Chamber of Commerce in Warsaw.
