(ii)_#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;13.8% of the purchase price shall bepaid afterwards, i.e. until August 2026;

(iii)_#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;_#160;Throughout two consecutive years, i.e.until August 2028 the buyer shall pay 17.24% of the purchase priceannually;
