Appointment of the Member of the Management Board of Alior Bank S.A.
The Management Board of Alior Bank Spółka Akcyjna (_quot;Bank_quot;) herebyinforms that on October 13th, 2022, the Bank's Supervisory Boardappointed Mr. Tomasz Miklas to the composition of the Management Boardof the Bank for the current three-year joint V- term of the office ofthe Bank's Management Board, which started as of June 30, 2020, to thefunction of Vice-Presidents of the Bank's Management Board.
Moreover, the Supervisory Board subject to the approval of the PolishFinancial Supervision Authority and upon obtaining such consent,entrusted Mr. Tomasz Miklas with the role of the Vice-President of theBank's Management Board supervising the management of the risksignificant to the Bank's activities.
The Supervisory Board of the Bank entrusted the Management Board of theBank, acting in gremio, with the obligation to supervise the managementof the risk significant to the Bank's activities, until the PolishFinancial Supervision Authority approves the appointment of Mr. TomaszMiklas to the function of the Vice-President of the Bank's ManagementBoard supervising the management of the risk significant to the Bank'sactivities.
Biographical note of the appointed Member of the Management Board ispresented in the attachment to this report.
According to the submitted statement, the appointed member of the Bank'sManagement Board does not perform any activity competitive to the Bank,and does not participate in competitive entities as partner in civil orpersonal partnership, or as a member of the corporate bodies or othercompetitive legal entities.
According to the submitted statements, the appointed member of theBank's Management Board is also not registered in the National Registerof Debtors kept on the basis of the Act of December 6th, 2018, on theNational Register of Debtors.
