Registration of the amendments to the Articles of Association of AliorBank S.A.

The Management Board of Alior Bank S.A. (_quot;Bank_quot;) hereby informs onregistration on December 20th, 2022 by the District Court for theCapital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, XIV Commercial Division of theNational Court Register the amendments to the Bank's Articles ofAssociation, adopted by the Annual General Meeting of the Bank on May31st, 2022 under resolution No. 34/2022 ("Resolution").

The content of the Resolution and the consolidated text of the Bank'sArticles of Association including the amendments adopted therein, arepresented in attachments to this report.
