Registration of series M bonds in KDPW

In reference to Current Report No. 15/2023 of June 16, 2023, theManagement Board of Alior Bank S.A. (_quot;Bank_quot;,) informs that on June 19,2023 the National Depository for Securities S.A. (_quot;KDPW_quot;) issued astatement No.533/2023 on concluding an agreement with the Bank for theregistration in the securities depository of up to 1,000 series M bearerbonds issued by the Bank with a nominal value of PLN 400,000 each and atotal nominal value of up to PLN 400,000,000 for which the ISIN code:PLALIOR00250 (_quot;Bonds_quot;) has been assigned.

The bonds are registered in the securities depository operated by theKDPW, in connection with their admission to trading on the main marketoperated by the Warsaw Stock Exchange S.A. and will take place on thebasis of settlement orders referred to in § 5 of the KDPW Detailed Rulesof Operation.
