Information received pursuant to art. 69 of the Act on Public Offering

The Management Board of Alior Bank S.A. (_quot;Bank_quot;, "Company") herebyinforms of receipt of a notice based on Art. 69 of the Act on PublicOffering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instrumentsto Organized Trading, and Public Companies ("Act") submitted to the Bankby Generali Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne S.A. ("Generali PTE")informing that on July 21, 2023, the liquidation of NNLife OtwartyFundusz Emerytalny (_quot;NNLife OFE_quot;) was completed. On the date ofcompletion of the liquidation of NNLife OFE, its assets were transferredto Generali Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny (_quot;Generali OFE_quot;), as a result ofwhich the share of Generali OFE in the share capital and in the totalnumber of votes of the Company increased above 5%.

Before the liquidation of NNLife OFE:

In total, Generali OFE and NNLife OFE held 7,253,721 shares,representing 5.56% of the Company's share capital, which gave the rightto exercise 7,253,721 votes at the General Meeting of the Company, whichconstituted 5.56% of the total number of votes;

Of which Generali OFE held 2,751,159 shares, representing 2.11% of theshare capital of the Company and 2,751,159 votes at the General Meetingof Shareholders of the Company, which constituted 2.11% of the totalnumber of votes.

After the liquidation of NNLife OFE:

Generali OFE holds a total of 7,253,721 shares, representing 5.56% ofthe Company's share capital and 7,253,721 votes at the General Meetingof Shareholders of the Company, representing 5.56% of the total numberof votes.

There are no subsidiaries of Generali OFE holding shares in the Company,and there are no persons referred to in Art. 87 sec. 1 point 3 letter cof the Act.

The number of votes attached to shares, calculated in the mannerspecified in Art. 69b sec. 2 of the Act, which Generali OFE would beentitled or obliged to acquire as the holder of financial instrumentsreferred to in Art. 69b sec. 1 point 1 of the Act, and financialinstruments referred to in Art. 69b sec. 1 point 2 of the Act, which arenot performed solely by cash settlement, is zero.

The number of votes attached to shares, calculated in the mannerspecified in Art. 69b sec. 3 of the Act to which the financialinstruments referred to in Art. 69b sec. 1 point 2 of the Act is zero.

The total number of Generali OFE votes calculated in accordance withArt. 69 sec. 4 point 9 is 7,253,721, which constitutes 5.56% of thetotal number of votes.
