Information on the resignation of a Member of the Supervisory Board ofAlior Bank S.A.

The Management Board of Alior Bank S.A. (_quot;Bank_quot;) hereby informs that onNovember 30, 2023 Mr. Paweł Śliwa, resigned from the mandate in theBank's Supervisory Board, effective at the end of the day November 30,2023.

The Management Board of the Bank would like to express theirappreciation to Mr. Paweł Śliwa for his contribution and commitment towork for the Bank.
