Intention of the Management Board of Alior Bank S.A. regarding thedividend payment for 2023

In reference to the Current Report No. 6/2024 dated February 21, 2024,the Management Board of Alior Bank S.A. (_quot;the Bank_quot;) hereby expressesthe intention to pay a dividend in the amount of PLN 570 million, fromthe net profit earned in the period from January 1, 2023 to December 31,2023, which is in accordance with the individual recommendations of thePolish Financial Supervision Authority regarding the payment of dividendfor 2023.

The amount of the proposed dividend takes into account both the currentfinancial and capital situation of the Bank and its plans fordevelopment.

The exact amount of the recommended dividend for 2023 will be indicatedafter obtaining a positive assessment by the Bank's Supervisory Board ofthe Management Board's motion regarding the adoption by the AnnualGeneral Meeting of the Bank a resolution on the method of distributionof profit for the financial year 2023.
