Information on the proposed distribution of Alior Bank S.A. profit for2023

The Management Board of Alior Bank S.A. (_quot;the Bank_quot;) decided to submitto the Annual General Meeting of the Bank a proposal regarding thedistribution of the Bank's net profit from operations in the financialyear 2023, in the total amount of PLN 1,987,444,136.08 (in words: onebillion nine hundred eighty seven million four hundred forty fourthousand one hundred thirty six zloty and 8/100), in the following way:

1) allocation of part of the profit in the amount of PLN 577,048,640.22(in words: five hundred seventy seven million forty eight thousand sixhundred forty zloty and 22/100) for dividend payout,

2) allocation of the remaining part of the profit in the amount of PLN1,410,395,495.86 (in words: one billion four hundred ten million threehundred ninety five thousand four hundred ninety five zloty and 86/100)for supplementary capital, including the non-distributable profitachieved on the activities of the Housing Fund in the amount of PLN17,427,487.36 (in words: seventeen million four hundred twenty seventhousand four hundred eighty seven zloty and 36/100).

The proposed dividend value per share is PLN 4.42.

The Bank's Management Board decided to propose to the Annual GeneralMeeting of the Bank to set the date of the right to dividend on May 10,2024 and the dividend payment date on May 24, 2024.

The proposal of the Bank's Management Board was positively assessed bythe Bank's Supervisory Board.
