The amount of contribution to the bank restructuring fund run by theBank Guarantee Fund

In connection with the information received from the Bank GuaranteeFund, the Management Board of Alior Bank S.A. (_quot;the Bank_quot;) herebyinforms that the Bank is obliged to pay a contribution to the bankrestructuring fund for 2024, including the adjustment of contributionpaid in 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023 in the amount of PLN 40 643795.90.

The Bank's Management Board informs that the contribution to the bankrestructuring fund will be recognized in the results of the firstquarter of 2024.
