The content of the resolutions adopted by the Extraordinary GeneralMeeting of Alior Bank S.A. convened for July 17, 2024

The Management Board of Alior Bank S.A. ("the Bank") hereby publishes,attached to this current report, the content of the resolutions adoptedby the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Bank convened for July 17,2024 ("General Meeting").

In addition, the Management Board announces that the General Meeting ofthe Bank did not except from examining any of the points of the proposedagenda. The opposition has not been reported to the Protocol during thedeliberations.
