Amendment of the resolution on the appointment of the Vice-President ofthe Management Board of Alior Bank S.A.

The Management Board of Alior Bank S.A. (the _quot;Bank_quot;) informs that onOctober 23, 2024, the Bank's Supervisory Board adopted a resolutionamending the resolution on the appointment of the Vice-President of theBank's Management Board - Mr. Piotr Żabski, regarding the date ofappointment of Mr. Piotr Żabski to the Bank's Management Board.

In accordance with the amending resolution, the Supervisory Board of theBank appoints, with effect from November 1, 2024, Mr. Piotr Żabski tothe Management Board of the Bank for the three-year sixth joint term ofoffice, which began on January 1, 2024, to the position ofVice-President of the Bank's Management Board.

Considering the date of appointment of Mr. Piotr Żabski to theManagement Board of the Bank, specified above, the Supervisory Board ofthe Bank appointed Mr. Piotr Żabski to the position of the President ofthe Management Board of the Bank, subject to the relevant consent of thePolish Financial Supervision Authority and as of the date of issuance ofthis consent.

In addition, the Bank's Supervisory Board entrusted, with effect fromNovember 1, 2024, Mr. Piotr Żabski with the management of the Bank'sManagement Board until the approval of the Polish Financial SupervisionAuthority to appoint him to the position of the President of the Bank'sManagement Board.

In accordance with the original resolution of the Bank's SupervisoryBoard of August 1, 2024, referred to in current report No. 35/2024 ofAugust 1, 2024, the appointment of Mr. Piotr Żabski was to take place asof January 1, 2025.

In addition, the Bank's Supervisory Board adopted a resolution accordingto which Mr. Zdzisław Wojtera, Vice-President of the Bank's ManagementBoard, will end his role of managing the work of the Bank's ManagementBoard on October 31, 2024
