In relation to the following reports: no. 39/2024 of October 1, 2024 andno. 43/2024 of October 29, 2024 the Management Board of Alior Bank S.A.(_quot;Bank_quot;) informs that on November 14, 2024 the issue of bonds series Pwith ISIN no. PLALIOR00284 (_quot;Bonds_quot;) issued by the Bank was settled.Allthe Bonds totaling PLN 400.000.000 (in words: four hundred million) weretaken up by the investors on the terms specified in current report no.43/2024 of October 29, 2024.
