Termination of trading of P2A series bonds

The Management Board of Alior Bank S.A. (the _quot;Bank_quot;) informs that onDecember 30, 2024 it carried out the early redemption of all 375 (inwords: three hundred seventy-five) P2A series bonds with a total nominalvalue of PLN 150,000,000 (in words: one hundred fifty million zlotys),marked with the ISIN code PLALIOR00235 (_quot;Bonds_quot;), in accordance with theinformation indicated in the current report No. 53/2024 of December 5,2024.

In connection with the early redemption of the Bonds, the Bonds losttheir status of securities admitted to trading on the regulated marketon the Catalyst Market operated by the Warsaw Stock Exchange S.A.

According to the announcement of the Warsaw Stock Exchange on January 3,2025, the Bonds trading on the Catalyst Market has ended.
