Information on the resignation of a Member of the Supervisory Board ofAlior Bank S.A.

The Management Board of Alior Bank S.A. (the "Bank") hereby informs thatMr. Tomasz Kulik has resigned from his position on the Supervisory Boardof the Bank as of the end of July 6, 2025.

The Management Board of the Bank would like to thank Mr. Tomasz Kulikfor his contribution and commitment to work for the Bank.
