Registration of the amendments to the Articles of Association of AliorBank S.A.

The Management Board of Alior Bank S.A. ("Bank") hereby informs onregistration on September 23, 2025 by the District Court for the CapitalCity of Warsaw in Warsaw, XIV Commercial Division of the National CourtRegister the amendments to the Bank's Articles of Association, adoptedby the Annual General Meeting of the Bank on June 16, 2025 underresolution No. 42/2025 ("Resolution").

The content of the Resolution and the consolidated text of the Bank'sArticles of Association including the amendments adopted therein, arepresented in attachments to this report.
