Title: The dates of publication of the periodic reports in the calendaryear 2023

The Board of Directors of Allegro.eu (the _quot;Company_quot;) hereby informsabout the publication dates of the periodic reports in 2023:

(1) Annual reports for 2022:

- Standalone annual report for the 12 months ended 31 December 2022 - 30March 2023 (before the Warsaw Stock Exchange opening);

- Consolidated annual report for the 3- and 12-month periods ended 31December 2022 - 30 March 2023 (before the Warsaw Stock Exchange opening).

(2) Consolidated semi-annual report for 3-and 6-month periods ended 30June 2023 - 28 September 2023 (before the Warsaw Stock Exchange opening).

The Company informs that, in order to adjust its reporting schedule tothe legal requirements and practices of Luxembourg companies, it hasdecided to discontinue voluntary publication of consolidated quarterlyreports, including interim condensed consolidated financial statements,for the 3 months ended 31 March 2023 and for the 3- and 9-month periodsended 30 September 2023.

In respect to the first and third calendar quarters, the Company willinstead publish selected historical consolidated financial information(in the form of a current report) and a business update (in the form ofa presentation and supporting press release). These documents will bepublicly available to all investors on the Group's investor relationswebsite at allegro.eu/investors. These documents will be published asfollows:

- documents including the data for the 3 months ended 31 March 2023 - on25 May 2023;

- documents including the data for the 3 and 9 month periods ended 30September 2023 - on 16 November 2023.

The Company further informs that, in line with its practice fromprevious years, it will not separately publish consolidated quarterlyreports for Q4 2022 and Q2 2023.
