Title: Extension of the deadline for concluding the agreement amongAllegro Pay sp. z o.o., Aion Bank and Vodeno regarding the launch ofservices in the Bank-as-a-Service model

Legal basis: Article 17 of MAR - inside information

With reference to the current report No. 43/2022 of 22 December 2022,the Board of Directors of Allegro.eu (the "Company") hereby updatesinformation about the date of planned agreement between Allegro Pay sp.z o.o. ("Allegro Pay", a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company), AionBank SA / NV and Vodeno sp. z o.o. (the "Agreement") in the scope of newproducts based on the Banking-as-a-Service ("BaaS") model: the Agreementwill not be concluded by the previously announced planned deadline of 28April 2023. The Agreement will be concluded at a later date, due toon-going work on details of products and services that will be offeredbased on the BaaS model. The plan for the implementation remainsunchanged. The Company will inform about the conclusion of the Agreementin a separate current report.
