Title: Notification on transaction received under Art. 19 MAR

The Board of Directors of Allegro.eu (the "Company") hereby informs thaton 20 April 2023 it received a transaction notification (the"Notification"), sent by Alvise Favara - a member of the managementboard of Allegro sp. z o.o. (a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company)and Chief Commercial Officer, according to Article 19.1 of Regulation(EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16April 2014 on market abuse (MAR).

The Notification relates to the Company's shares, vested and released asa tranche of the award, granted to Mr Favara under the Company'sincentive plan.
