The Board of Directors of Allegro.eu (the "Company") hereby informs thaton 15 June 2023 it received a transactions notification (the"Notification") sent by Jonathan Eastick - Executive Director of theCompany and Group Chief Financial Officer, according to Article 19.1 ofRegulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of theCouncil of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (MAR).
