Title: The dates of publication of the periodic reports in the calendaryear 2024

Legal basis: Art. 3 and 4 of the Luxembourg Law of 11 January 2008 onTransparency Requirements as amended, Art. 17 of MAR.

The Board of Directors of Allegro.eu (the _quot;Company_quot;) hereby announcesthe publication dates of the periodic reports in 2024:

1. Annual reports for 2023:

- Standalone annual report for the 12 months ended 31 December 2023 - 14March 2024 (before the Warsaw Stock Exchange opening);

- Consolidated annual report for the 3- and 12-month periods ended 31December 2023 - 14 March 2024 (before the Warsaw Stock Exchange opening).

2. Consolidated semi-annual report for the 3 -and 6-month periods ended30 June 2024 - 19 September 2024 (before the Warsaw Stock Exchangeopening).

3. The Company reminds that, in line with the legal requirements andpractices of Luxembourg companies, it will not publish consolidatedquarterly reports for the 3 months ended 31 March 2024 and for the 3-and 9-month periods ended 30 September 2024.

Instead, in respect to the first and third calendar quarters, theCompany will publish selected historical consolidated financialinformation (in the form of a current report) and a business update (inthe form of a presentation and supporting press release). Thesedocuments will be publicly available on the Group's investor relationswebsite at allegro.eu/investors and will be published as follows:

- documents including the data for the 3 months ended 31 March 2024 -before the start of trading on 23 May 2024;

- documents including the data for the 3- and 9- month periods ended 30September 2024 - before the start of trading on 14 November 2024.

The Company further informs that, in line with its practice fromprevious years, it will not separately publish consolidated quarterlyreports for Q4 2023 and Q2 2024.
