The Board of Directors of Allegro.eu (the "Board" and the "Company",accordingly) hereby announces that it received today a notification fromPaweĊ PadusiĊski, the non-executive director of the Board, that he willstep down with effect from the date of the forthcoming annual generalmeeting.
The Board would like to express its thanks to Pawel for being such aninsightful and valuable member of the Board during the last seven years.The Board understands that Pawel has decided to move on from MidEuropaand the Board would like to wish Pawel the best of luck for his furthercareer moves.
