1/ on 25 April 2024, it received notification with respect to majorholding sent by the shareholder of the Company, i.e. Cidinan S._#192; R.L.

2/ on 30 April 2024, it received notification with respect to majorholding sent by the shareholder of the Company, i.e. Permira VIInvestment Platform Limited.
