Title: Major shareholding notifications

Legal basis: Article 11 of the Luxembourg Law of 11 January 2008 ontransparency requirements, as amended (the "Law")

The Board of Directors of Allegro.eu (the "Company") hereby informs thaton 12 December 2025 the Company received notifications with respect tomajor holding in accordance with the Law, sent by:

1/ Permira VI Investment Platform Limited with its registered seat inLondon, United Kingdom and

2/ Permira VI Investment Platform S. r.l. with its registered office inLuxembourg, Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.

The notification concerns distribution of 12.44% of the Company's sharesby Permira VI Investment Platform Limited to its shareholder, Permira VIInvestment Platform S. r.l., as the result of an intra-groupreorganisation. Following such intra-group reorganisation, Permira VIInvestment Platform Limited holds no remaining shares or voting rightsin Allegro.eu. Permira VI Investment Platform S. r.l. now holds 12.44%of the shares in Allegro.eu.
