Title: Update on the dates of publication of selected financialinformation and business updates in the calendar year 2026

Legal basis: Art. 3 and 4 of the Luxembourg Law of 11 January 2008 onTransparency Requirements as amended

The Board of Directors of Allegro.eu (the "Company"), with reference tocurrent report No. 2/2026 dated 15 January 2026, hereby announces achange (acceleration) of selected publication dates for financialinformation in 2026.

The change concerns the publication of selected historical consolidatedfinancial information and business updates (presentation and supportingpress release) for the first and third quarters of 2026.

The updated publication schedule for these periods is as follows:

- documents including the data for the 3 months ended 31 March 2026 -will be published before the start of trading on 14 May 2026 (instead ofthe originally planned 21 May 2026);

- documents including the data for the 3- and 9- month periods ended 30September 2026 - will be published before the start of trading on 12November 2026 (instead of the originally planned 19 November 2026).

Other publication dates of periodic reports indicated in current reportNo. 2/2026, i.e., the annual report for 2025 (12 March 2026) and theconsolidated semi-annual report for 2026 (17 September 2026), remainunchanged.

The Company reiterates that, in line with the practice of Luxembourgcompanies, it will not publish full consolidated quarterly reports forQ1 and Q3 2026, nor separate reports for Q4 2025 and Q2 2026.
