Announcement pursuant to Art. 5 para. 1 lit. b) of Regulation (EU) no 596/2014 and Art. 2 para. 2 and 3 of Delegated Regulation (EU) no. 2016/1052

On 23 April 2024, Beiersdorf Aktiengesellschaft disclosed pursuant to Art. 5 para. 1 lit. a) of the Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 and Art. 2 para. 1 of the Delegated Regulation (EU) no. 2016/1052 the start of the Share Buyback Program 2024.

In the period from 05 August 2024 to 06 August 2024, a number of 186,186 shares were acquired as part of the Share Buyback Program 2024.

The acquisition of the shares was carried out by a bank commissioned by Beiersdorf Aktiengesellschaft.

The 2024 share buyback program was thus successfully completed on 06 August 2024. Treasury shares were acquired at a total price of around EUR 499,999,910.97 (excluding incidental acquisition costs). The maximum purchase volume of the 2024 share buyback program of up to EUR 500 million was therefore almost completely exhausted.

The total number of shares acquired under the share buyback program in the period from 24 April 2024 up to and including 06 August 2024 amounts to 3,604,604 shares. This corresponds to around 1.45% of the company’s share capital. The average purchase price per share was around EUR 138.7115.
