The Management Board of Answear.com SA (hereinafter:_quot;the Company_quot;) informs that on September 8, 2022 the Company has enteredinto a Supply Financing Factoring Agreement with Santander Factoring Sp.z o.o., Warsaw, Poland (hereinafter referred to as the _quot;Factor_quot;),pursuant to which the Factor undertakes to provide factoring services inthe form of Confirming to the Company on a permanent basis.

The financing limit equivalent to PLN 10 million wasgranted for the period until August 31, 2023.

The limit could be used by the Company in thefollowing currencies: PLN, EUR, USD.

The agreement is secured by:

1. A statement of submission to execution in the formof a notarial deed,

2. Irrevocable power of attorney to the bank accountin Santander Bank Polska SA with its registered office in Warsaw.
