Subject: Actions taken by subsidiaries to minimize the impact of theCOVID-19 epidemic on the operations and future results of the ArcticPaper Group

With reference to the risks described in the 2019 annual report relatedto the spread of the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus responsible for the COVID-19epidemic in Poland and worldwide, the Management Board of Arctic PaperS.A. ["Issuer" or "Company"] hereby informs that the Issuer's CapitalGroup ["Group"], in connection with the risk of reduced market demandfor paper products, is taking steps to reduce the potential futureimpact of the situation on the Group's operations and results, whileimplementing measures to ensure the safety of customers, contractors andemployees of the Group.

The Issuer informs that due to the fact that the Swedish governmentdecided to make available an assistance package for companies, as partof the above activities, its subsidiaries: Arctic Paper Munkedals AB andArctic Paper Grycksbo AB have submitted an appropriate application tothe authorities on the basis of which in the event of negative economicor financial effects of pandemics, will be able to take advantage of theaid package instruments dedicated to companies. In addition, thesecompanies have concluded negotiations with trade unions representingemployees of these companies regarding the possibility of reducing theworking time of some employees in the event of a possible decrease inorders for their products.

The same measure may be used for other parts of the group in theseEuropean countries where temporary part or full time layoffs arepossible.

All of these activities are preventive and are designed to minimize thepotential future negative impact of a pandemic on the financial andoperating situation of the Arctic Paper Group.

The Company will provide information on possible further activities thatwill significantly affect the situation of the Group by means of currentreports.
