Management Board of Arctic Paper S.A.("Company", "Issuer") herewithannounces that on 26th May 2021 the Member of the Supervisory Board ofArctic Paper S.A. Mr. Mariusz Grendowicz, resigned from his function inSupervisory Board of the Company.

According to the statement, the resignation will become effective as ofthe date of the Annual General Meeting of Arctic Paper S.A. includingthe agenda, approving the Company's financial statements for thefinancial year ended December 31, 2020.

Personal reasons were given as the reason for the resignation.
