Management Board of Arctic Paper S.A.("Company", "Issuer") herebyinforms that on March 29th 2022, the Company has received from a persondischarging managerial responsibilities - Mr. Michał Jarczyński - aPresident of the Management Board of Arctic Paper S.A., the notificationabout the transactions relating to the Company's shares concluded on28th and 29th of March 2022. The content of the notification is providedby the Company as the attachment.
