Message:The Board of Directors of ASBISc Enterprises Plc ("theCompany_quot;) hereby informs that on April 2nd, 2024, received notificationssubmitted pursuant to Art. 69 section 1 point 1) and art. 69a section 1point 3) Act of July 29, 2005. on public offering and conditions forintroducing financial instruments to organized trading and on publiccompanies (Dz.U. 2022.2554, i.e. of December 9, 2022, as amended, _quot;Act_quot;)on the purchasing on March 27, 2024 25,050 shares of ASBISc EnterprisesPLC (_quot;Company_quot;) with ISIN number: CY1000031710 (LEI:5493003481YS4B91ZS67), which resulted in the Zbigniew Juroszek FamilyFoundation together with the parent company and related entitiesexceeding 5% of the total number of votes in ASBISc Enterprises PLC.

In total, the Company received two notifications related to theabove-mentioned transaction, i.e.:

a) from the Zbigniew Juroszek Family Foundation that this Foundation,together with the parent entity and related entities, exceeded 5% of thetotal number of votes in ASBISc Enterprises PLC.,

b) from Zbigniew Juroszek on the indirect purchase of ASBISc EnterprisesPLC shares.
