1. KS Holdings Ltd which was entitled under shares held in the Companyto 20,443,127 votes at the AGM, which accounted for 79.40% of the totalnumber of votes present at the AGM and for 36.83% of the total number ofvotes in the Company as of the date of the AGM.

2. Zbigniew Juroszek Family Foundation together with the parent companyand related entities which were entitled under shares held in theCompany to 2,814,625 votes at the AGM, which accounted for 10.93% of thetotal number of votes present at the AGM and for 5.07% of the totalnumber of votes in the Company as of the date of the AGM.

At the Annual General Meeting of ASBISc Enterprises Plc 25,745,559shares were represented.
