Mr. Tasos Panteli started his professional career at Nicos Chr.Anastasiades _amp; Partners (Advocates - Legal Consultants), holding theposition of Advocate in 2001. Since 2005, Mr Tasos has been working atAndreas M. Sofocleous _amp; Co LLC (Advocates - Legal Consultants) asAdvocate (Advocate - Partner since 2010).He received a Bachelor of Laws(LLB) from the Queen Mary and Westfield College (1999), a PostgraduateDiploma in Legal Skills from the City University London, Inns of CourtSchool of Law (2000). In the same year, he completed the Bar VocationalCourse at the City University London, Inns of Court School of Law andwas Called to the Bar. Since 2002 Mrs. Maria Petridou has worked at EFGEUROBANK SA (Athens, Greece) as an Assistant Manager, Finance andControl Department. Between 2006 and 2007 she has worked forKOMMUNALKREDIT INTERNATIONAL BANK LTD (Limassol, Cyprus) as a Manager atAccounting Department. Since 2008 she has held the position of FinanceLead, SOX Compliance Office at MF GLOBAL LIMITED (London, UK). Between2011 and 2012 she has worked for Versatile Apparel Ltd (London, UK),holding the position of Finance Director. Since 2013 she has worked as aHead of Fund Administration Services for AMF Horwath DSP (Limassol,Cyprus). Between 2016 and 2018 she has been engaged in accounting andfinancial services projects as a consultant. Since 2018 she has held theposition of Chief Accountant at Agri Europe Cyprus Limited.Mrs. MariaPetridou received a Bachelor of Arts in accounting and financialmanagement (1998) and was awarded an Upper Second Class Honours degreeat UNIVERSITY OF ESSEX (Colchester, England). Mrs. Hanna Kaplan holds a bachelor's degree in economics and she is aCertified Accountant qualified in 2017. Hanna has served as financemanager and chief accountant in various companies before she moved toASBIS back in 2002. Ever since, Hanna has evolved into one of the Keypersons in Finance department of ASBIS Group. Due to her extensiveexperience and skills, Hanna was the leader of the project of automatingthe Group's consolidation being the key liaison with Finance and ITdepartments. She also participated in the Group's listing efforts backin 2007, and concluded with big success the online reporting systembased on our own proprietary software IT4profit.According to thesubmitted statement, Mrs. Hanna Kaplan does not run any other businesscompetitive to the Company; she is not involved in any activities of acompetitive company as a partner of a civil partnership, limitedpartnership or as a board member of a joint-stock company, and is notengaged in any competitive legal entity as its board member. Mr. Constantinos Petrides started his professional career in 2000 at theCypriot Banks Association and as a representative of the Association inthe European Banking Federation and the National Euro ChangeoverCommittee. In April 2006, he was employed at the European Commission inBrussels, where until September 2011 he worked as an economist in theDirectorate-General for Agriculture and the Directorate-General forCompetition. While working for the European Commission, he was anegotiator of trade liberalization agreements between the EU and thirdcountries, and dealt with issues of state aid in the field oftransport.Since March 2013 to May 2017, he was the Deputy Minister tothe President of the Republic of Cyprus. After that, he served asMinister of Interior (May 2017 - December 2019). From December 2019 toMarch 2023, he held office of Minister of Finance of the Republic ofCyprus.
