The Management Board of MBF Group SA with its registered office inWarsaw (_#8216;Issuer', _#8216;Company') announces that on 18 November 2024 theCompany received a notification on the acquisition of the Issuer'sshares by a company under the name Luxury Trade Sp. z o.o. with itsregistered office in Gdańsk, i.e. a person closely related to the persondischarging managerial responsibilities. The purchase of shares tookplace as a result of acquisition of 56,000 (fifty six thousand) Series Jshares of the Company.
