The Management Board of MBF Group SA with its registered office inWarsaw (_#8216;Issuer', _#8216;Company') announces that on 29 December 2024 itreceived confirmation of a written order for the supply of uncoated ureaN46 (_#8216;Goods'). The order is a trial delivery of 48 tonnes of product.The approximate value of the pilot delivery is PLN 90,000 (in words:ninety thousand zloty).

The Issuer notifies that the quality of the delivered urea must meet therequirements of European Union standards for the product used in theproduction of AdBlue liquid, including appropriate chemical purity,level of biuret and content of elements such as calcium, iron and copper.

The order was placed by a company based in Milan, Italy (the_#8216;Counterparty'). The Counterparty declared that, in case of positiveverification of the delivered product, it will decide to place regularorders for urea in the amount of approximately 1,000 tonnes per month.Success in realising this order may strengthen MBF Group SA's positionas a reliable supplier of chemical products on the international market.

The Issuer will start the delivery immediately and will exercise all duediligence to ensure that the delivered product meets the qualityrequirements. As part of the first delivery, two trucks (48 tonnes) willbe delivered as soon as possible.

The Company's Management Board additionally announces that in the eventof a positive outcome of the verification and the commencement oflong-term cooperation, it will inform about this in an appropriate ESPIcurrent report.

The Issuer decided to publish information about the above event due tothe fact that it may have an impact on the future financial, propertyand economic situation of the Company.
