Signing an agreement for the sale and supply of automotive grade ureafor the production of AdBlue liquid

The Management Board of MBF Group SA with its seat in Warsaw (the"Issuer", the "Company") informs that on January 3, 2024 it signed anagreement for the sale and supply of uncoated urea N46 (the "Goods")with a capital company based in Zagreb, Croatia (the "ContractingParty").

The Agreement covers the supply of 240 tons of urea, which correspondsto revenue of approximately PLN 434,000 (in words: four hundred andthirty-four thousand zlotys). As part of the arrangements, a testdelivery of 24 tons will be carried out prior to the actual deliveries,the purpose of which is to verify the quality of the product and adjustlogistic processes.

The Issuer notifies that the quality of the supplied urea must meet therequirements of European Union standards for the product used in theproduction of AdBlue liquid, including the appropriate chemical purity,biuret level and content of elements such as calcium, iron and copper.

The counterparty declared that in case of positive verification of theproduct quality and successful execution of the test delivery, it willcontinue cooperation, which opens the possibility of establishinglong-term commercial cooperation.

The Issuer will immediately begin the implementation of the testdelivery and will exercise all due diligence to ensure that thedelivered product meets the highest quality requirements. As part of thetest delivery, 24 MT will be delivered as soon as possible.

The Board of Directors of the Company additionally notifies that in caseof a positive result of the verification and establishment of long-termcooperation, the Issuer will inform about it in a relevant ESPI currentreport.

The Issuer deemed it necessary to publish information on the signedagreement due to its potential impact on the Company's future financial,property and economic situation.
