The Management Board of MBF Group SA with its registered office inWarsaw (_#8216;Issuer', _#8216;Company'), with reference to the ESPI Current ReportNo. 48/2024 of 30 December 2024, announces that it has completed a trialdelivery of uncoated urea N46 (_#8216;Goods') to a contractor based in Milan,Italy (_#8216;Contractor').

The delivered product has passed a positive verification regarding itsapplicability for the production of AdBlue fluid, with the need foraldehyde reduction. As a result, the parties will proceed to discussionsregarding regular deliveries throughout 2025. The counterpartyreiterated earlier declarations of a possible monthly demand of max.1,000 tonnes.

At the same time, the Issuer informs that due to depletion of the stock,the next urea deliveries (or continuation in the case of othercustomers) will be able to start anew in mid-February this year, bothfor the Italian counterparty and for the other counterparties. The finalterms of long-term cooperation with the Contractor will be subject tofurther negotiations, which the Company will inform about in subsequentESPI current reports.

In addition, the Company's Management Board informs that it is holdingtalks directly with producers of technical urea class A and B andagricultural urea class B in terms of supplies to the Issuer's warehousewithout third parties (refineries in Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan). Thisis related to the received letters of intent and verified orders for theaforementioned products in the amount of up to 2,500 MT / month (totalof all product types). With a positive outcome of the ongoingnegotiations - the commercial and transaction terms will be published inan appropriate current report.

The Issuer has decided to publish this information, as it may have asignificant impact on the future financial, property and economicsituation of the Company.
