The Management Board of MBF Group S.A., with its registered office inWarsaw (_#8216;Issuer', _#8216;Company'),announces that on 13 February 2025 itreceived a return signed agreement for the sale and supply of uncoatedurea (_#8216;Goods') with the Estonian company BIWAGEST O_#220;, with itsregistered office in Valga, Estonia (_#8216;Contractor'). The subject of thecontract is the regular supply of uncoated urea N46 in 500 kg big-bagpackages. The total quantity of deliveries covered by the contract is500 MT (+/- 5%).

Under the terms of the contract, the first test delivery of 2 to 4trucks will be made as soon as the Company's stock is replenished.Subsequent deliveries will be made according to a schedule agreed by theparties within five working days of signing the agreement.

The Issuer undertakes to deliver Goods in compliance with European Unionstandards and free from restrictions arising from internationalsanctions. The Buyer undertakes to carry out an initial inspection ofthe Goods upon delivery and any objections must be notified within 24hours of delivery. Payment for the Goods shall be made in advance on thebasis of a pro forma invoice prior to loading.

The signing of the above agreement strengthens the Issuer's position asa reliable supplier on the international chemical market and representsa further step in the development of MBF Group S.A.'s commercialactivities. The Issuer considered it necessary to publish information onthe signed agreement due to its potential impact on the Company's futurefinancial, property and economic situation.
