The Management Board of MBF Group SA with its registered office inWarsaw (the 'Company', the 'Issuer') announces that on 19 February 2025,the Company made its first commodity purchase transaction on theBelarusian Universal Commodity Exchange (BUCE).

The subject of the transaction is the purchase of a mixture of technicalrapeseed and soy oil, unpurified, food grade (CN code: 1517909100). Thetotal value of the transaction is EUR 54,763.80 (fifty-four thousand,seven hundred and sixty-three euros and eighty cents), which, convertedat the current exchange rate, means the amount of: 227,821.40 PLN (twohundred and twenty-seven thousand, eight hundred and twenty-one zlotysand forty groszy). The terms of the contract provide for delivery within10 calendar days from the date of registration of the contract on theExchange. The place of receipt of the goods is the border of theRepublic of Belarus (delivery terms DAP Brest).

The transaction is an important event for the Company as it marks therealisation and implementation of the Issuer's presence on the BUCE. TheIssuer is consistently developing its activities in the internationaltrade of agricultural goods, using access to new markets and saleschannels.

The purchased goods will be subject to the execution of orders andcontracts concluded in 2024, and their delivery is coordinated with theIssuer's previous commercial commitments. At the same time, the Companyinforms that the execution and handling of this transaction does notaffect the implementation of other reported contracts, including thoseconcerning the sale of chemical and agricultural products (grade A and Burea).

The Issuer's Management Board will inform about subsequent transactionson BUCE in current ESPI reports, provided that their financial value issignificant in the current scale of the Company's operations.

The Issuer considered it necessary to publish information about theconcluded transaction due to its potential impact on the futurefinancial, property and economic situation of the Company.
