The Management Board of MBF Group S.A. with its registered office inWarsaw (the 'Issuer', 'Company') hereby announces that on 2 May 2025, itcompleted the performance of a contract for the supply of ICUMSA 45white beet sugar, concluded with a contractor with its registered officein Ostrów Mazowiecka.The subject of the contract was thedelivery of a total of 233 tonnes of sugar. The total value of thecontract amounted to approximately EUR 98,300 (in words: ninety-eightthousand three hundred euros), which, according to the average exchangerate of the National Bank of Poland on 30 April 2025 (1 EUR = 4.55 PLN)is equivalent to approximately PLN 447,315 (in words: four hundred andforty-seven thousand three hundred and fifteen Polish zlotys).Thecontract was initially concluded on a limited basis - as a trial order -for delivery on 25 April 2025. Following a positive assessment of thequality of the goods by the contractor and the successful trial deliveryon 28 April, the contractor decided to immediately continue and extendthe order to the full volume. The total delivery was completed on 2 May2025.Due to the fast pace of negotiations, uncertainty as to thefull execution of the order and the fact that a single trial order didnot have a significant impact on the Company's financial situation, theIssuer did not publish a current report in connection with thistransaction.This report is published in connection with thecompletion of the contract, the value of which, in the opinion of theManagement Board, may be significant for the Issuer's revenue situationin the short term, and documents the effectiveness of the Company'sstrategy to increase the sales volume of agri-food products on thedomestic market.
