Conclusion of a patronage agreement with the Polish Industrial Lobby forthe support of drone projects (UAV and C-UAS) and the development ofindustrial competences

The Management Board of MBF Group S.A. with its registered office inWarsaw (the "Company") hereby announces that on 17 July 2025, apatronage agreement was signed between MBF Group S.A. and the EugeniuszKwiatkowski Polish Industrial Lobby ("PLP"). The agreement was concludedfor an indefinite period, and detailed rules of cooperation will bedeveloped on the basis of separate agreements and project schedules.

At the same time, the Management Board of the Company announces that,pursuant to the Agreement, PLP has taken patronage over the Company'sactivities in the area of implementation of the Central IndustrialDistrict 2 (COP2) concept, in particular in the development andimplementation of unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) technologies andcounter-drone systems (C-UAS) for dual use - civil and military. In thefirst stage, the cooperation will focus on building an integratedproject team responsible for the design, integration andcommercialisation of these technologies.

The project will bring together a group of highly qualified experts,including scientists, engineers, industry practitioners and militarypersonnel, ensuring a high level of expertise, credibility andtransparency. The Eugeniusz Kwiatkowski Polish Industrial Lobby is anindependent, non-partisan expert organisation that has been workingsince 1993 to develop and protect Polish industry and the country'seconomic sovereignty. In over 30 years of operation, the organisationhas prepared hundreds of expert opinions, analyses and recommendationsfor the government, parliament and companies from the high-tech,defence, energy and transport sectors.

The Issuer's Management Board points out that being taken under thepatronage of such a renowned organisation is a distinction of greatimportance in terms of image, substance and strategy. It gives theCompany unique access to expert knowledge and strengthens thecredibility of its planned activities in the dual-use technology sectorand projects related to national security. The Polish Industrial Lobbyhas expressed its full commitment and acceptance of the developmentdirections chosen by MBF Group, declaring personal and expert support inthe field of drone projects (UAV and C-UAS) and military projects(weapons, ammunition, vehicles), as well as related production,integration and commercial activities.

Under the patronage agreement, the PLP undertook to provide the Issuerwith substantive support, including in the form of analyses,recommendations and expert opinions, as well as to participate inadvisory teams, debates and industry events. The Company has alsoobtained the right to use the name and logo of the Eugeniusz KwiatkowskiPolish Industrial Lobby in information, promotional and tender materials.

The financing of projects implemented under the patronage agreement willbe possible, among other things, thanks to revenues from the Company'scurrent commercial contracts. In addition, the Issuer is consideringjoint acquisition of debt financing, grants and subsidies under nationaland EU programmes, as well as external capital in the form ofinvestments from institutional and individual investors.

The Company's Management Board also informs that for several weeks ithas been in talks with renowned designers, manufacturers and integratorsof unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) and counter-drone technologies(C-UAS), both on the domestic and international market. The aim of theseactivities is to establish long-term technological and industrialrelationships that will enable the implementation of projects with ahigh degree of technical advancement and dual-use applications. Thecompany is making every effort to create consortia, agreements andcooperation models that will enable a quick transition from concept tomarket implementation. The company will keep you updated on progress inthis area and the next steps in the strategy through current reports.

The signing of the agreement constitutes the implementation of the keyassumptions of the Issuer's Development Strategy for 2024-2026,announced in March 2024, in which one of the main objectives is to enterthe military products market and obtain a licence from the Ministry ofInternal Affairs and Administration for the trade in dual-use products.
